Cookie Base
Vanilla sugar cookie, shortbread hybird.

Royal Icing
Made with achtiwhite and flavoured with good old simple vanilla flavouring.

Store cookies in their original packaging.
Keep away from moisture.
When the cookie is removed from its original packaging, store in an airtight container in a cool dry place.

To freeze decorated cookies, ensure they are in their original packaging and that the seal is intact, place them in an airtight container to prevent freezer burn.
Place the container in the freezer for up to three months, and when ready to thaw, allow the container to reach room temperature completely before opening it to prevent condensation.
