    Choose A4 or A5 and your design service above. Quantity is the number of printed sheets.

    For reference, an A5 sheet accommodates approximately 12 circular cupcake toppers and an A4 sheet approximately 24, each around 4 cm in diameter. Printable margins apply: sheets are not printed edge to edge. Your final layout will be confirmed in the preview.

    2. Upload and contact details

    Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, WEBP or PDF. Upload the highest-quality version available.

    3. Collection or courier

    This preference is recorded with your order. Final collection or courier selection and any delivery charge are confirmed at checkout.

    4. Required artwork declaration

    Krumel may decline material that appears unlawful, offensive or unsuitable. Original design service does not include recreating or reproducing third-party trademarks or logos without documented authorisation.

    Payment and preview approval

    Design preparation begins once payment has been confirmed. A print preview will be sent to you for approval before printing. Please check the design, spelling and layout carefully. Printing will proceed only after payment has been received and you have approved the preview.

    Timing and delivery

    • Print-ready artwork

      Prepared within 24 hours after payment confirmation and approval of your print preview. Collection orders will be ready in store; courier orders will be dispatched once printed.

    • Original design service

      Allow up to 48 hours for designing and printing after payment confirmation and approval of your print preview. A R20 design surcharge is included in the relevant option.

    • Courier delivery

      Courier delivery normally takes an additional 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.
