Moist Vanilla Cake Mix
Bake a deliciously soft, moist vanilla cake with our easy-to-use Moist Vanilla Cake Mix. Simply add a few basic ingredients, follow the easy instructions, and enjoy a light, fluffy vanilla cake that's perfect for birthdays, celebrations or everyday treats.

| Vegetable Oil | 120 ml | 245 ml |
Baking Instructions

Prepare: Preheat your oven to 180°C. Grease and line your baking tins with baking paper.

Combine: Place the Moist Vanilla Cake Mix, eggs, water and vegetable oil into a mixing bowl.

Mix: Using a flat beater attachment, mix on low speed until all the dry ingredients are incorporated. Scrape down the sides of the bowl.

Beat: Increase to medium speed and mix for 4 minutes until the batter is smooth and well combined.

Fill: Divide the batter evenly between your prepared baking tins, using approximately 600 g of batter per 8-inch round tin.

Bake: Bake at 180°C for approximately 30 minutes, or until fully baked.

Cool & Decorate: Allow the cake to cool completely before icing with your favourite buttercream, ganache or frosting.

Baking Tip: Insert a skewer into the centre of the cake. If it comes out clean, your cake is ready!
